Salary: £31,000 to £34,000 per year + Service charge

A Floor Manager is responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Afternoon Tea Operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while optimising sales and ensuring department targets are met.

What will I be doing?

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing all Food and Beverage Afternoon Tea operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will also need to optimise sales and provide leadership to the team to ensure targets are met. Specifically, your responsibilities include:

• Manage all Food and Beverage floor operations
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Ensure compliance with brand standards
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
• Maintain good communication and work relationships across hotel departments and with external customers and suppliers
• Ensure ongoing staff training
• Conduct communication meetings and generate post-meeting minutes
• Manage staff performance issues in line with company policies and procedures
• Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Afternoon Tea team
• Assist other departments as necessary
