Responsibilities:

• Maintain knowledge of operating systems such as Avaya, Opera, Amadeus, Reserve, and Tiger Uno related to reservations and switchboard
• Ensure accurate setup of guest bookings, including personalized information
• Supervise departmental colleagues in the absence of the Manager, ensuring service standards are met as per the Departmental Operations Manual
• Respond to emails professionally and accurately
