Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and oversee the provision of a diverse range of food and beverage services in The Living Room Lounge.
• Uphold and enforce all standards, policies, and procedures regarding food and beverage service within the lounge, prioritising colleagues' training and development, guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial profitability.
• Supervise lounge colleagues, providing guidance and support to maintain exceptional service standards and ensuring smooth operations during afternoon tea and dining services.
• Coordinate with management to implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor guest feedback and take proactive measures to address any issues or concerns, striving to consistently exceed guest expectations and drive positive reviews.

About You

Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
