Hickory's Smokehouse in Peterborough is seeking a Floor Manager to lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth operations on the floor. You will set the standard on shift, coach the team, and support performance through effective communication and decision-making.

The role includes acting as Manager on Duty when required and contributing to people standards, guest experience, and restaurant results.
