Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Floor Manager for our Linden Park store in a fast-paced retail environment. You will own the shop floor, lead a team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience daily.

In this hands-on role, you will drive sales, mentor colleagues, and maintain high merchandising standards while flexibly covering days, evenings, and weekends as part of the store management team.
