B&M Retail UK in Yeovil is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to take charge of the shop floor, drive performance and deliver a first-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

As part of the store management team, you will lead a small team, coach colleagues, work across days, evenings and weekends, and help the business hit sales targets while maintaining high standards.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
