Job summary

B&M Retail in Bristol is seeking an ambitious Store Manager to cover Bristol area, initially a designate role across stores with travel across the area essential. You will lead from the front, driving performance and ensuring top customer experience daily.

You will drive sales, coach and develop a high-performing team, balance stock and availability, and maintain high store standards with a strong commercial mindset. Flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays is required.
