Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Floor Manager for our new Middleton store. This permanent, full‑time role places you on the store management team, with responsibility for the shop floor, standards, and customer experience across busy days, evenings and weekends.

You will lead, energise and coach your team to perform at their best, driving sales and KPIs while maintaining exemplary merchandising and service. A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment will fit perfectly.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
• Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards.
• Strong focus on results, targets and customer experience.
