Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Uddingston (near Glasgow) is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced retail environment. This permanent, full-time role requires hands-on leadership, owning standards, and delivering a great customer experience every day.

You will motivate and coach your team, drive sales and KPIs, and adapt to the pace of busy days, evenings and weekends. The successful candidate is outcome-focused, with pride in merchandising and customer service.
