Job summary

B&M Retail in Saltash is seeking a Floor Manager to own the shop floor in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. You will drive performance, support your team and deliver a great customer experience every day.

In this permanent, full-time role you will lead, energise and coach your team, plan ahead, and stay adaptable to the pace of the day while maintaining high standards of service and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Natural ability to motivate, coach and inspire others.
• Pride in maintaining high store and merchandising standards.
• Strong focus on results, targets and customer experience.
• Hands-on attitude – you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves!
