Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Leicester is recruiting a Floor Manager for Beaumont Leys to lead the shop floor, drive performance and deliver a great customer experience daily.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends as part of the store management team, with a hands-on leadership approach and a focus on coaching and developing the team.
