B&M Retail in Middleton is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor in a fast-paced environment. You will own daily operations, drive performance, and deliver a great customer experience across shifts.

As part of the store management team, you’ll coach staff, maintain high standards, and stay adaptable across days, evenings, and weekends to ensure strong results and customer satisfaction.

It’s a permanent, full‑time role, and as part of the store management team, will require flexibility required across days, evenings, and weekends.
