Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Uddingston is seeking a Floor Manager to lead the shop floor, drive performance and ensure an outstanding customer experience. This is a permanent, full-time role with flexibility across days, evenings and weekends.

As part of the store management team, you’ll coach your colleagues, maintain high merchandising standards and focus on achieving store KPIs with energy and teamwork.
