B&M Retail Limited in Uddingston is seeking a Floor Manager to lead our busy shop floor. You will own daily operations, drive performance, coach your team and ensure an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This permanent, full-time role requires flexibility across days, evenings and weekends. You’ll play a key part in delivering strong results while maintaining great store standards and merchandising excellence.
