The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team at Lighthouse Social. In this pivotal role, you will lead our front-of-house team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless day-to-day floor operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the smooth running of floor operations, delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team to uphold our high service standards.
• Support the management team in achieving sales targets and maintaining exceptional standards.
• Ensure clear communication between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams.
• Manage bookings, seating arrangements, and ensure efficient table turnover.
• Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care, resolving any concerns effectively.
• Uphold health and safety standards while ensuring compliance with licensing regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Floor Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional demeanour.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced setting.
• Cocktail knowledge and an interest in mixology would be a bonus.
