Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Saffron Walden is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead our shop floor, drive sales and maintain outstanding standards. You’ll mentor colleagues, manage deliveries, merchandising and customer experience to deliver top results daily.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Floor Manager to join our Saffron Walden store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people and takes pride in delivering outstanding standards and customer experiences.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with colleagues and fellow managers, you'll help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and create an environment where both customers and colleagues can thrive.
