Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Clacton-on-Sea is seeking a hands-on Floor Manager to lead a busy shop floor. You will coach colleagues, maintain outstanding standards and ensure products are available and well presented to maximise sales.

You’ll plan workloads, respond to changing priorities, drive customer excellence and work closely with the store leadership team to deliver great experiences every day. The role offers training, development and clear career progression.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Floor Manager to join our Clacton-on-Sea store. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced retail leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing people and takes pride in delivering outstanding standards and customer experiences.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with colleagues and fellow managers, you'll help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and create an environment where both customers and colleagues can thrive.
