B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Floor Manager for our Bridgwater store in Somerset. You will lead a hands-on team, drive sales, and uphold exceptional standards to deliver outstanding customer experiences on the shop floor.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Floor Manager to join our Bridgwaterstore in Somerset. As a key member of the store management team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day success of the store. Working closely with colleagues and fellow managers, you'll help drive sales, maintain excellent standards and create an environment where both customers and colleagues can thrive.
