Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bridgwater, Somerset is seeking a motivated Replenishment Manager to own stock availability, deliveries and shop floor standards. You will lead from the front, guide the replenishment team and ensure the store trades smoothly.

The role focuses on stock flow, planning workload, coaching colleagues and driving excellent product availability while maintaining health and safety standards. This is a hands-on leadership position within a growing business that values development

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in fast-paced retail or logistics.
• Proficient in stock control and replenishment processes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• Hands-on leadership, able to lead from the front.
• Flexible to work early mornings, days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Drive high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Plan and prioritise workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitor availability and take action to address stock-related issues.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Support wider store operations and collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Bridgwater store in Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.
