Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Bridgwater is seeking a hands-on Replenishment Manager to own stock availability and shop floor standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead the replenishment team, oversee deliveries and stock flow, plan workloads, coach colleagues and work with the management team to deliver excellent availability and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team within a fast-paced retail, warehouse or logistics environment.
• Knowledge of stock control, replenishment and delivery processes.
• Strong organisational and planning skills.
• A hands-on approach with the ability to lead from the front.
• Confidence making decisions and solving problems in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the replenishment operation to ensure excellent product availability across the store.
• Manage deliveries efficiently, ensuring stock is worked safely and accurately.
• Drive high standards of stock control, organisation and housekeeping in both the warehouse and on the shop floor.
• Plan and prioritise workload to ensure the store is fully stocked and ready to trade.
• Monitor availability and take action to address stock-related issues.
• Coach, motivate and develop colleagues to maximise team performance.
• Support wider store operations and collaborate with the management team to achieve business goals.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety and operational procedures.

We're looking for a driven and hands-on Replenishment Manager to join our Bridgwater store in Somerset. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives on organisation, enjoys developing teams and takes pride in delivering excellent availability and operational standards.

As a key member of the store management team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring products are available for customers whenever they visit. Leading your replenishment team from the front, you'll oversee stock flow, deliveries and replenishment activity, ensuring the store remains well-stocked, organised and ready to trade.
