Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to drive on-floor sales and customer experience. You will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, lead opening/closing, and ensure store operations run smoothly while upholding brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail exposure, strong communication and interpersonal skills, an energetic and proactive attitude, and the ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred, 1 year+.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
