Job summary

Niyaa People Ltd is seeking an experienced Floor Layer to install LVT and Vinyl flooring across occupied social housing properties in Worcester and Hereford. You will work in tenants’ homes, ensuring high-quality results while maintaining a respectful, safe working environment.

The role requires a valid CSCS card, experience with LVT/Vinyl, and the ability to travel across the area. Immediate starts available with ongoing social housing projects and consistent work across Worcester and Hereford.

Qualifications

• Valid Blue CSCS Card is essential.
• Experience laying LVT and Vinyl flooring.
• Must have your own van.
• Must have your own tools.
• Experience working in social housing or domestic properties.
• Willingness to travel across Worcester and surrounding areas.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Floor Layer to carry out flooring in occupied social housing properties across Worcester and Hereford.

This role is focused on Laying Vinyl and LVT flooring in occupied homes, so you will need to be confident in working around tenants and completing the flooring to a good standard.

Responsibilities

• Working within occupied and void social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

Requirements

The Floor Layer role is offering the following benefits:
