Job summary

Bamford Contract Services Ltd are recruiting an experienced Floor Layer to join our client on long‑term social housing projects in Leeds.

You will prepare subfloors, perform floor screeding and install sheet vinyl flooring in both occupied and void properties, maintaining high quality and safety.

A valid CSCS card, own tools and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential; weekly pay offered with immediate starts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer.
• Experience with floor screeding.
• Experience installing sheet vinyl flooring.
• Previous social housing or domestic property experience preferred.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• Own tools.
• Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Checkable references.

Floor Layer Role

Working within occupied and void social housing properties, you'll be responsible for preparing subfloors and installing high-quality sheet vinyl flooring to domestic properties.
