Job summary

TSR Recruitment is seeking experienced Floor Layers to join our team on long-term social housing projects in Leeds, UK. Duties include installing vinyl flooring, screeding floors and fitting Altro safety flooring in bathrooms, in occupied and void properties.

Candidates must have proven vinyl/Altro flooring skills, floor screeding experience, a valid CSCS card, and the ability to work independently or with a team. References are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in vinyl and Altro flooring installation.
• Experience with floor screeding.
• Valid CSCS card; own tools and transport preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl flooring to high standards.
• Screed floors to specification.
• Fit Altro safety flooring in bathrooms.
• Work in occupied and void social housing properties.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
