Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Floor Layer in Ellesmere Port for a social housing contract. You will carry out installs, repairs and maintenance on domestic floor coverings across occupied tenant homes and vacant void properties in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas.

The role offers a pay rate of £23.63 per hour CIS, plus a company van and fuel card to support site travel. Driving licence is required and experience on domestic properties is preferred.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Floor Covering.
• Blue Skilled CSCS card.
• UK Driving license.
• Experience working on domestic properties.
