RAYNER PERSONNEL seeks an experienced Floating Branch Manager to oversee branches across Whitstable and the North Kent area. A base salary of £30,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000 is offered, plus mileage/expenses where applicable.

This role is ideal for a proven Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator stepping into leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Floating Branch Manager - North Kent Area

Basic Salary: £30,000

Realistic OTE: £45,000 - £55,000

This is an ideal role for a proven Branch Manager, Assistant Manager, or Senior Negotiator ready to step into management, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting and managing multiple branches as required
• Driving residential sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service
• Coaching, mentoring, and developing teams
• Winning instructions and growing market share
• Maintaining high operational and compliance standards

We're looking for:

• Previous estate agency management experience
• A strong track record of generating business and achieving targets
• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle

Package:
