RAYNER PERSONNEL seeks an experienced Floating Branch Manager to oversee branches across Whitstable and the North Kent area. A base salary of £30,000 with realistic OTE of £45,000–£55,000 is offered, plus mileage/expenses where applicable.

This role is ideal for a proven Branch Manager or Senior Negotiator stepping into leadership, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading teams to success.

Qualifications

• Experience managing estate agency branches and teams.
• Proven ability to generate business and hit targets.
• Strong leadership and clear communication skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and positive approach.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage multiple branches as required.
• Drive residential sales performance and ensure excellent customer service.
• Coach, mentor and develop branches' teams.
• Win instructions and grow market share.
