Are you a BRANCH MANAGER wanting more? Are you a HIGH PERFORMING ASSISTANT MANAGER wanting to progress? Are you a DYNAMIC and INSPIRATIONAL leader of people?

• On target earnings on offer of £50,000
• Also being offered is an impressive £28,000 to £30,000 basic salary + an initial 3 to 4 month guarantee with uncapped commission.
• In addition you will have the option of a company car or car allowance.

This is a role for an enthusiastic, skilled and charismatic Estate Agent seeking a responsible and well‑paid role with a dynamic and growing business, where success, commitment and hard work are recognised and rewarded.

From winning new business to motivating and getting the best out of your team, you will be expected to lead by example and must be professional in every aspect of the process of selling homes.

You will be working with several offices and teams, covering Branch Managers in their absence. You will assume full responsibility for motivating the offices and providing direction and inspiration, ensuring company goals and targets are met.

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Estate Agency industry is required, including practical experience in valuations and instruction gaining. This role will help develop your management skills and allow career advancement.

Remuneration

Basic salary £28,000 to £30,000 with on target earnings of £50,000 plus company car or car allowance and private medical cover.
