Euro Flight Training is seeking an experienced Operations Officer to take ownership of the day-to-day operational running of the flight training organisation at Solent Airport. You will coordinate aircraft and simulator bookings, training schedules, student progression and regulatory documentation.

The role requires proven flight training operations experience, strong scheduling skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset to keep the operation safe, compliant and efficient.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in flight training operations.
• Knowledge of pilot training courses, licensing, ratings and documentation.
• Experience managing aircraft, instructor and student scheduling in a live aviation environment.
• Strong understanding of aviation safety, compliance and record-keeping.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and prioritisation under pressure.
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with decisiveness.
• Strong IT and administrative skills to manage operational systems and data.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple activities.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day operational activity of the flight school.
• Manage aircraft, instructor, student and simulator bookings, resolving clashes.
• Coordinate training programmes from enrolment to completion and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational records.
• Manage training and licensing documentation and records.
• Maintain accurate safety and compliance records and escalate issues.
• Coordinate FSTD activity and related procedures and documentation.
• Serve as central point of contact for instructors, students, examiners, maintenance and management.
