Job summary

Ascent Flight Training (Management) Ltd is seeking a Training Manager for Basic Flying Training at RAF Valley. You will lead planning, scheduling and operational support to deliver BFT, working at the heart of one of our busiest sites alongside customers, supply chain partners and instructional teams, turning long-term training needs into an executable programme and daily flying output.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling and operational support for Basic Flying Training at RAF Valley.
• Manage a team of schedulers and operations staff and coordinate with instructors, customers and partners.
• Forecast the training programme across short, medium and long term and ensure resources align.
• Monitor performance, manage risk and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement in planning, governance and reporting.
