Job summary

NHV Group is seeking a UK Crew Training Supervisor to partner with the UK Crew Training Manager. You will oversee pilots’ training needs, organise training at NHV UK bases and coordinate rosters, ensuring compliance with FTL rules and regulatory standards.

The role requires strong English communication, aviation experience, and familiarity with training systems and authorities such as the CAA. Excellent organization and reporting skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Aviation experience in an operational environment with pilot rosters and FTL awareness.
• Understanding of basic crew training regulations within company documentation and industry practice.
• Familiarity with NHV training systems is an advantage.
• Experience with a regulatory authority such as the CAA is desirable.
• Professional level English, strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven problem solving abilities and ICT proficiency (MS Office, WebManuals).

Responsibilities

• Support the HoT in overseeing pilots' training needs at NHV UK bases.
• Organise training for pilots at NHV UK bases.
• Coordinate rostering for training in line with rest and duty requirements, including simulator training.
• Assign qualified trainers and audit training documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure training forms and materials are accessible and training records up to date.
• Arrange training rooms, equipment, catering and related requirements.
• Assist in creating and distributing training documentation.
• Collect and assess course feedback and follow up on training bookings.
