Job summary

Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to join the Digital and Data Services Team. The role focuses on the technical support, solution scoping and deployment of Video Conferencing solutions, with broader involvement in end-user technologies and applications.

Based at the Seaton Delaval Manufacturing and Innovation Hub, travel to other Trust sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT-based subject or equivalent experience.
• MS Azure and Prince2 certifications are desirable.
• Experience supporting Video Conferencing and corporate IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support Video Conferencing hardware and software in a corporate environment.
• Lead deployment of new technologies and processes to the workforce and BAU operations.
• Act as technical lead, manage own workload, and liaise with third parties to troubleshoot complex issues.
