Job summary

GSL Education seeks flexible Supply Teaching Assistants to work across Grantham and surrounding areas. You will support students in Primary, Secondary and SEN settings, picking up shifts on an ad-hoc basis and ensuring smooth transitions between diverse classrooms.

Ideal candidates are experienced with SEN, comfortable with variability, and able to adapt quickly to new environments while maintaining safeguarding standards. DBS checks and training are valued assets.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children with SEN.
• Willing to work on an ad-hoc and flexible basis.
• Comfortable with not working every day.
• Able to settle quickly into new environments.
• Has previous experience with children or young people.
• Qualifications or training relevant to role (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Support students in Primary, Secondary and SEN settings.
• Adapt to different schools, classrooms and students.
• Promote safeguarding and child protection practices.
