SEN Teaching Assistant - Bourne, Lincolnshire

GSL Education are currently seeking a caring, patient and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bourne, Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience supporting children or vulnerable individuals who is passionate about helping pupils thrive both academically and personally.

The Role:
  • Working as an SEN Teaching Assistant, supporting pupils with a range of additional needs
  • Monday-Friday availability required
  • Initially working on a supply basis, with the opportunity to progress into a long-term or permanent position
  • Providing tailored support to help pupils engage with their learning
  • Working alongside teachers and support staff to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Supporting pupils' emotional, social and educational development
The Ideal Candidate:
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar SEN support role
  • Alternatively, experience within Care Work, Support Work or a similar setting
  • Patient, compassionate and understanding
