Job summary

Remedy Education is seeking a Supply Teaching Assistant to support pupils across Brentwood and Essex, with flexible days across primary, secondary and early years settings. Weekly pay and varied schools provide valuable experience and flexibility.

You can choose days that fit your life, work with talented teachers, help deliver lessons, support pupils 1:1 and in small groups, and build confidence while gaining classroom exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience ideal)
• Background in childcare, tutoring, youth work, coaching or SEN support
• Friendly, adaptable and confident personality
• Comfortable working in new and varied school environments
• Genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
• Bringing calm, structure and positivity into busy classrooms
• Supporting pupils with additional needs where required
• Helping ensure learning runs smoothly throughout the day
• Making a real difference in everyday classroom moments
