Job summary

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis across Primary, Secondary, and SEN schools in Grantham and surrounding areas. You will support students, adapt to various school environments, and enjoy flexible shifts.

This role requires confidence with children and young people, including those with SEN, and an understanding of safeguarding and DBS checks. A positive, reliable, and adaptable approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Has experience working with children with SEN.
• Available to work on an ad-hoc and flexible basis.
• Comfortable with not working every day and not full-time.
• Able to pick up shifts when opportunities arise.
• Confident working across Primary, Secondary and SEN schools.
• Adaptable, reliable and quick to settle into new environments.
• Has previous experience working with children or young people.
• Holds relevant qualifications or training (advantage).

Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for a role that offers flexibility and variety?

GSL Education is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teaching Assistants to work on an ad-hoc basis across a range of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools in Grantham and the surrounding areas.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys working in different school environments and is happy to pick up shifts as and when they become available.

The Role

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two days will be the same! You could be supporting students in a Primary, Secondary or specialist SEN setting, providing valuable assistance wherever it is needed.

You must be confident and comfortable working with children and young people with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) and able to adapt quickly to different schools, classrooms and students.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
