Choice Care Group is seeking a Social Care Worker to support residents at Elliott House in Fleet. The role involves shift work, weekend rota patterns, and direct personal care to residents within a residential care setting.

You will receive in-house training, ongoing mentoring, and access to several development programmes to progress toward leadership roles in care. A friendly team environment and opportunities for social activities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Providing personal care such as bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding support.
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate relationship with residents.
• Being patient, reliable and a team player while communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding
• Medication administration
• Assisting residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings
• Following care plans and company policies
• Maintaining written daily records
• Attending and completing training as required
