Qualifications

• Patient and caring attitude essential.
• Ability to work within a care setting and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care - bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting residents in daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Following care plan guidance and company policies.
• Developing open, honest, and considerate relationships with residents.
• Maintaining written daily records.
• Attending and completing training as required.
