Choice Care is seeking compassionate Social Care Workers for a 36-hour-per-week role in Gosport. The position involves shift work and weekends on a rota, with comprehensive in-house training provided at no cost.

You’ll support residents with personal care and activities while following care plans to ensure safe, fulfilling lives. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and will mentor you to become a skilled professional, with opportunities for progression, holidays, sick pay, and wellbeing

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and undertake in-house training.
• Ability to follow care plans and documentation requirements.
• Commitment to high-quality personal care and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
• Medication administration.
• Involvement in residents' daily activities and outings.
• Following care plans and Company policies.
• Maintaining accurate daily records in writing.
• Attending and completing required training.
