Qualifications

• Experience in care settings is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to learn and complete in-house training.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care such as bathing, toileting, dressing, feeding assistance.
• Administer medications as directed.
• Assist residents with daily activities and outings.
• Follow care plans and company policies and procedures.
• Build open, honest relationships with residents.
• Maintain written daily records and documentation.
• Attend and complete required training.
