Job summary

Choice Care is a UK residential care provider seeking dedicated Care Workers to join our team. You will receive training and mentoring from day one, supporting residents with daily activities and personal care. A rota includes weekends and shift work to fit around commitments.

You will help residents lead safe, happy and fulfilling lives while maintaining records and following care plans. Benefits include training, flexibility and staff recognition programs.

Qualifications

• Patience, reliability and flexibility in a care setting.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate clearly.
• Willingness to follow care plans and document daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care – bathing, toileting, dressing and feeding assistance.
• Medication administration as directed by care plan.
• Assist residents with daily activities, hobbies or outings.
• Follow care plan guidance and company policies.
• Develop open, honest relationships with residents.
• Maintain written daily care records.
• Attend and complete required training.
