Job summary

Choice Care is seeking dedicated Social Care Workers for shift work and weekend rosters at Chesham House, Southampton. Training is provided to develop skills for personal care, activity support, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in in-house training and mentoring.
• Ability to provide personal care in a respectful manner.
• Good communication with residents and colleagues.
• Flexibility with shift patterns, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care including bathing, toileting, dressing and help with feeding.
• Medication administration.
• Assisting and taking part in residents' daily activities and outings.
• Following care plan guidance and company policies.
• Developing an open, honest, and considerate relationship with residents.
• Attending and completing required training.
