Job summary

Choice Care is hiring for care workers to support residents with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions. The role involves shift work including weekends, with in-house training provided at no cost and a clear career path from day one.

You will help residents lead safe, happy and fulfilling lives through personalised care and activity support. We offer a range of working patterns to fit around your needs and a strong emphasis on teamwork, communication, and ongoing development

Qualifications

• Willingness to train and follow care plans.
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends.
• Commitment to safeguarding and resident wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, feeding) to residents.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Support residents in daily activities, hobbies and outings.
• Follow care plans and Company policies.
• Build open, honest relationships with residents.
• Keep accurate daily written records.
• Attend required training and development sessions.
