Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking experienced SEND Support Staff to work on a daily supply basis in mainstream nurseries and primary schools across Camden, with around 3 days per week recommended.

You will support pupils with SEND 1:1 and in small groups, in and out of the classroom, promoting positive behaviour and engagement while working closely with teachers and SEND teams. Flexibility and commitment to safeguarding are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children with SEND in schools.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Patient, resilient and proactive with a flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND.
• Support children in and out of the classroom.
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.
