Job summary

Protocol Education is seeking compassionate graduates to support children and young people with SEND and SEMH in schools across the local area. If you're curious about child development and eager to help, this is a brilliant place to start.

You'll gain hands-on experience, with ongoing training and dedicated consultant support, and roles available across primary, secondary and specialist settings.

Qualifications

• Have a degree, or are graduating this year.
• Are curious about child development, behaviour and mental health.
• Have a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.
• Are patient, positive and ready to learn.
• Have experience working with children or vulnerable adults, this could be through volunteering, coaching, mentoring or part-time work, although it's not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people with SEND and SEMH needs in schools.
• Help a child build confidence in the classroom and celebrate breakthroughs.
• Contribute to a caring, trauma-informed environment for learners.
