Job summary

Aspire People Limited is recruiting Psychology Graduates to work in supportive school environments across Manchester and the surrounding areas. You will apply your understanding of child development, behaviour, communication and emotional wellbeing while gaining practical SEND experience supporting pupils.

Roles include 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils access learning and overcome barriers, and supporting communication and social development.

Qualifications

• A degree in Psychology, Child Psychology, Education, or a related subject.
• A genuine passion for child development and inclusive education.
• Experience with children, mentoring, tutoring, or support work is desirable.
