Join the RAC as a Superflex Roadside Patrol and use your expertise when our members need it most. You’ll deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK, diagnosing faults and providing quick, confident solutions to get members back on the road.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent) with 2+ years’ experience.
• or 5+ years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician/Mechanic.
• Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics and emergency breakdown support across the UK.
• Diagnose faults and provide quick, confident solutions to help members continue their journeys safely.
• Work independently to diagnose faults, solve problems and help members on their journeys.
• Offer flexible shift patterns including evenings, weekends and peak demand periods to meet member demand.
• Use the latest diagnostic technology to identify faults and get members back on the road quickly and safely.
