Job summary

St Elizabeth Hospice in Leiston (UK) is seeking a Shop Manager to lead the charity shop team, oversee daily operations, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will take full responsibility for organisation, budgeting, merchandising, and Gift Aid while supervising volunteers in a community-focused retail site. This is a full-time, on-site role with flexibility across days.

Responsibilities

• To take full responsibility for day-to-day organisation of the shop.
• Achieve agreed financial budgets.
• Promote and monitor Gift Aid.
• Always provide a high standard of customer service and satisfaction to both external and internal customers.
• Set and maintain high standards of merchandising, layout and display.
• Work with and manage a team of volunteers who are integral to our business.
