Job summary

Tynedale Hospice is recruiting a Retail Supervisor to support our Hexham charity shops in a part-time, permanent role. You will lead the volunteer team in the manager’s absence and help maximise profit from donated goods while delivering great customer service.

Working 7.5 hours per week with flexible days off, you’ll benefit from a generous leave entitlement, contributory pension, development budget and wellbeing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead volunteers and manage a team in the manager’s absence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to boost sales.
