Job summary

St Peter's Hospice in Yate is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager for our shop. You will join a supportive team and help lead staff and volunteers to deliver excellent customer service and high retail standards. This permanent role offers 37.5 hours weekly with a salary dependent on experience.

The role requires organised, proactive individuals with leadership ability and a genuine interest in charity retail, fashion, and helping others. DBS check is required.

• IT literacy and basic spreadsheet use

Responsibilities

• Assist and work alongside the manager to optimise sales and lead a team of staff and volunteers
• Deliver consistently high retail and customer service standards
• Actively support and demonstrate the charity's values in the role
• Communicate instructions from Head Office to staff and action them regularly
